ENMA granulators from K-Tech turn plastic scrap into consistent regrind that can go back into the process or on to a wash or pelletising line. The range covers compact soundproof units for beside-the-press work and heavy-duty GH / G series machines for thick parts, film, profile, pipe and large mouldings.
A granulator is the right machine when you need a controlled particle size, typically 6–12 mm, with low dust and a clean cut. Rotor type, chamber width, screen and sound enclosure are chosen for the material: injection sprues and runners, blow-moulded parts, sheet and film, or material that has already been through an ENMA shredder.
K-Tech specifies, supplies and supports the machines in the UK and Ireland. Blades can be set outside the chamber on many models, which shortens downtime. Tell us the polymer, part size, target kg/h and whether the machine sits next to the press or in a central bay, and we will propose the series and options. Samples and factory trials are available.
