Butterfly Valves

The butterfly valves on the upper and lower outlet of your mixer can be easily and inexpensively repaired by replacing the belt disc. If the valve on your mixer is no longer closing off positivly this is likley to be the problem.

Infeed screw

For mixers with an infeed screw replacement internal screws are available should these become worn.

Mixing scew

If the mixing action of mixer is slowing down then it is likley that the mixing screw is worn. Replacement screws are available on a short lead time. Please contact us with the serial number of your mixer for a quotation.

Mixing Screw Tube

After many years of operation the mixing tube can become worn or corroded. Replacement mixing screw tubes are avaiable to order. Note that replacing the mixing tube is not straight forward and requires a skilled metal fabricator to replace.

Complete new mixer bare body

Completely restore your mixer with a new body, rebuild your mixer by transfering the motor, control, and other component to a new shell. The shell can come with a new mixing screw pre-installed if required.
