Rotary Chute for Box Filling

Manufactured in the UK by ST Machinery these rotary chutes can either be mounted to the outfeed conveyor of the processing machine or be mounted on a portable stand.

The versatile control can accept an index signal from the processing machine or it can count the cycles from teh processing machine. It is possible to input the number of parts per cycle and a delay time (to allow parts to clear the outfeed conveyor) to ensure an accurate number of parts is placed in each box. An alarm altert the operator when the boxes need changing.
