Portable Truck Loading Auger

Portable auger for loading of powders or granular material into road or rail tankers from bulk bags.

Throughputs available up to 100,000 kg/hr transfer rate.

Painted mild steel and stainless steel versions available.

Main features:
•    Winch with safety device in case of rope breakage
•    Continuous weld of the spiral to the shaft on BOTH sides (to avoid granule cross-contamination) 
•    Special inspection door at the bottom to totally clean and discharge the screw (with this special door it is possible to reverse screw sense and unload it totally)
•    Another cleaning door (standard type) over the unloading mouth
•    Telescopic pipe with capacitive sensor to stop the screw automatically when truck is full
•    Adjustable feeding gate placed in the loading hopper 

Fixed height or variable height;  variable height version can be collapsed for storage inside building with a low head height.

Hardox scews available for abrasive materials.

Large pneumatic tyres for easy movement on tarmac & concrete road finishes.

Optional bellows for tanker filling. (Recommended for powders or dusty materials)
