-Manufactured using 316 grade stainless steel

-Incorporating 2off rows of High Intensity rods in offset

format for improved product flow and contamination removal.

3 rods on the upper row, 2 rods on the lower row

-The product overflow return chute will be fitted with a magnetic rod for added contamination removal.

-The complete assembly including the contamination cleaning

area and discharge chute will be completely dust tight allowing no product to escape.

-Housing supplied brushed finished

-Rods will incorporate Rare Earth Neodymium Iron Boron magnetic material.

-The unit will benefit from the Eclipse magnetic ‘shuttle core’.

-Including all magnetic core reed switches for sensing position of magnetic core, all valve blocks, connectors, and air pipes.

-Incorporating an electronic PLC control system housed in an

IP65 rated control cabinet.
